In this section, I share with you my strategy for feeding our babies with meals that are both healthy and flavourful.
I have a healthy set of 16-month-old twin girls.
It was important for me to start them off on the right path, nutrition-wise, so I spent time during my pregnancy on research.
There are loads of useful resources on the internet, of course, on how best to feed our lovely babies. However, since I was on a journey of self-discovery myself, I wanted my babies to eat real and wholesome food. None of that artificial stuff for me and mine. Oh no!
I wanted to integrate our food lifestyle into their diet in the safest way possible.
I had to gradually introduce salt and herbs into their diet from when they turned 8 months.
I observed their eating pattern, and noticed they preferred my more flavourful meals to their bland baby food.
I will be sharing the recipes to the purees and sauces that my babies loved the most. I hope your baby enjoys this food journey too!
Below is a quick view of my baby-weaning strategy and nutrition.

I will make a special dish for them when the menu is too spicy or dangerous (e.g. raw food like sushi or bony fish)
