Do the Dutch love their pancakes? Oh! Yes! and it doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I insist that pancakes are for breakfast!Even becoming a Dutch citizen hasnt changed that. These flat Dutch pancakes are absolutely delicious, contain ingredients you already have at home and are incredibly easy to make. I hope you make it for breakfast soon.

Ingredients
- 250g All Purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 500ml Milk
- Clarified butter or vegetable oil for cooking.
- Maple syrup (To serve)
- Cooked bacon
- Apples
- Bananas
Instructions
- Add plain flour and salt in a bowl.
- Pour in the milk while whisking to even out the lumps.
- Lightly whisk eggs and add to mixture.
- Heat pan on medium to high heat and lightly grease with oil or clarified butter.
- Spoon batter unto the pan quickly and cook about 2-3 minutes per side or until nicely browned.
- If you are using bacon, add cooked bacon to pan and pour batter over it. If using fruits, pour batter into the pan and add fruits on top quickly before it sets.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy with fresh berries.
