Reintroducing Myself: A Journey of Growth, Learning, and Purpose

After stepping away from blogging in 2019 to navigate major personal and professional transitions, I return with renewed clarity and purpose. Over the past few years, I have expanded my qualifications, deepened my passions, and lived experiences that have reshaped my vision. With diplomas in Culinary Arts, Nutritional Therapy, and German Baking added to my academic background in Computer Science and E-Business, and after living in seven countries and welcoming twins and triplets into our family, I now embrace a broader, more authentic journey. This rebranded blog will weave together faith, food, travel, health, and wellness — the pillars that truly define who I am today. I invite you to join me as we embark on this exciting new chapter together.

Welcome Back!

It seems I abandoned this blog in 2019 — and I’m truly sorry about that.
But I’m back now!

A lot has happened since then, and I’ll try to give a quick recap, explain why I stopped blogging, and share what I hope to do moving forward.

Before starting this blog, I had quit my job in Canada and moved to Dubai to focus on fertility treatments after many painful years of battling PCOS. Adjusting to life as a housewife in Dubai was not easy. As soon as my twin daughters were born in 2017, I threw myself into culinary school and later began food blogging. I believed that becoming a chef would make the blog more successful — and I became so focused on monetizing it that I lost connection with my true voice.

Soon after, we moved to Egypt with our twin girls. I began studying for a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy while managing a small artisan bakery from home. I was also persuaded to start cooking customized gourmet meals for clients, which quickly became very time-consuming. Amidst all of this — traveling, exploring, and growing — I still felt a deep sense of missing my true purpose.

By late 2019, as I prepared for another round of IVF (including a major fitness journey where I lost 10kg), blogging naturally slipped away.

Where are we now?
Covid-19 forced all of us into lockdowns and deep self-reflection.
During that time, we welcomed our triplet boys while living in the Netherlands. After a year, my family moved to Nigeria, which gave me a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with family and friends while continuing to study, travel, and run a bakery. I also hosted baking workshops and grew my social media presence — if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll already know some of these updates!

Last year, I graduated, and my family relocated to Doha, Qatar.
Today, while I already held a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in E-Business before my hiatus, I have since expanded my expertise with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, and a Diploma in German Baking.
I have also lived in 7 countries, undergone IVF treatments in 3 different countries, been blessed with twins and triplets, traveled to 50 countries, and deepened my passion for faith, food, travel, health, and wellness.

Most importantly, I have prayed and sought clarity for my purpose — and the path has now been laid clearly before me.

I am rebranding this blog to reflect the things I care about most:
Faith, Food, Travel, Health, and Wellness.

I count on your support as I embark on this new, more authentic chapter.
Welcome back — and thank you for being here!
